Artist's Description
I really enjoyed painting this sunning bear. Multiple colors were used with very little white. Establishing a strong light source and glow to create to feel of artic warmth was important. Thanks again, I learned so much from this painting that almost painted itself. White is not white. There is very little straight white paint used.

Thank you so much AnnaJo! Actually, I loved painting this because I switched my brain a bit and used many colors and very little pure white. It's always a learning process.

Always a fun challenge to paint white. You did a masterful job of it. You certainly deserved the blue ribbon. Congratulations.
