Artist's Description
This acrylic and watercolor is painted on wood. The picture shows only the painting not the frame (wood surface and frame are all one piece). The frame is made with vertical lines which enhance the "stall bars" effect. Email me for a complete picture. This is my Alex, 27 year old Dutch Warmblood. I quickly grabbed my phone and snatched this close-up of the reflection in his eye of the pasture outside the barn. Sometimes it is hard to have him in the stall when my heart says he should be running free, but he gets out at least 12 hours a day and he is young at heart and we ride still 4-5 days a week. Not bad for two "seniors"! The image size below includes the frame.
