Artist's Description

Painted in acrylic on canvas and framed in floater frame from artist's own reference. I met Kanati when he was just a pup and had the privilege of helping to socialize him at a nature preserve. Captive born in the Dakota's, Kanati served many years with a pack, in a natural setting, as an education ambassador. Although a strong force, he often appeared easy going -- a happy-go-lucky soul. This painting, framed in a slim floater, has outside dimensions of 17w x 22h inches.
